Private beach access to the finest white sand and clear waters is a 5-minute walk, or simply hop on the FREE neighborhood tram! The Seacrest Beach community's signature 12,000-sq-ft resort style lagoon pool and poolside café are a 2-minute walk, and the Seacrest Beach town center, Peddler's Pavillion—with eateries, unique shops, entertainment, market, and bike rentals—is just 1 minute away. Rosemary Beach is a 5-minute walk, Alys Beach is a 10-minutes walk, 30Avenue is a 6-min bike ride, and scenic walking trails weave throughout the area.

The first floor features a spacious open-concept layout perfect for groups, complete with a fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked coffee and tea station, large dining table that seats up to 8, and 4 additional counter seating, relaxing living area with smart TV and Sonos sound, plus a screened-in porch with outdoor dining, lounge seating, a gas grill, and direct access to a tranquil walking trail. An outdoor shower and parking for two cars add convenience. We also provide beach amenities including beach towels, chairs, and bodyboards. For convenience, you can also rent beach umbrellas and chairs at the on-site rental service, La Dolce Vita.
A king bedroom with en-suite bath and smart TV is also on the first floor, along with a new large-capacity washer/dryer with the latest AI technology.
Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, smart TV, jetted tub, and private balcony. A second bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite bath, walk-in closet, smart TV, and its own balcony.
